I am staying 2315 high floor, I love the deco and space, and good view though many high-rise are built in front of it. I can still see some river, bridge views.

I think there are some improvements needed at entrance, the shops at lobby areas have greatly lower the hotel class. I also had bad bathroom smell, I do not think it is normal, but housekeep can not address the issue. I do not want to change room since I only stay two nights. 
I also found very ignoring the bar on 26 floors which is above my floor, the loud music kept on after midnight. I called to complaint, and hotel told me that space is rented out. It is not very right for guest to suffer such condition.

If no smelly bathroom, and noisy bar above, I will consider the hotel is sound and nice.

Breakfast is very decent!

There are almost no good English speaking people in the hotel, and could be problem for tourists. The service people in the hotel could not understand some simple English conversation. It is shame for such nice hotel.
